The Power Training session was fantastic!  In just 6 sessions (3 weeks) I feel stronger and more fit.  Although it was a group session, Jen tailored the individual workouts to target our specific goals.  It was hard work, but the sessions were also fun and never boring.  I look forward to doing another Power Session as soon as my schedule allows.

Kate has been supportive, energetic, and provided me with comprehensive training. Not only does she address training, she really focuses on the client’s complete needs, including diet information. She is super convenient, especially since she comes to your house and it is amazing what you can get done with very little equipment. Thanks Jen for an amazing session of Power Training!  It was just what I needed to literally kick my butt back in gear after having a baby.  It forced me to make a commitment to myself and to actually keep it.  It felt exhilarating to set goals for myself and then exceed those goals:  heavier bells and chin ups!!!!  I feel so much stronger in just 3 weeks and I feel more motivated to keep up with my workouts.  The sessions were definitely a step up and I always had fun with you and the ladies…..the extra dance moves didn’t hurt either!  Thanks so much for challenging me, for celebrating my successes with me, and for all the extra time and effort you put into making me stronger and healthier!
