Short on time?  Are you looking for a workout that incorporates strength training while building your cardiovascular endurance?  Kettlebell Express is your answer!  This 30 minute session is designed to get you maximum results with a minimum time commitment. The class will consist of a brief warm-up, 20-25 minute training, and a brief cool down.

*Basic Training required before attending class.

 

Daily Classes are Ongoing!  Our 6:00 a.m. classes start the week of 5/30!!

Classes are held daily through 6/15

6:00 a.m. Tuesday/Thursday

9:15 a.m. Monday, Wednesday, Friday

9:30 a.m. Tuesday/Thursday

Beginning 6/20:

6:00 a.m. Monday-Thursday in the Collingwood area of Alexandria
