This one-hour pre-requisite class is designed to teach you the safest technique in using the basic kettlebell exercises.  In addition to getting a great workout, you will learn the core kettlebell exercises that are incorporated into many of our classes.  You will leave this session competent in the kettlebell swing, goblet and front squats, turkish get-up, kettlebell military press, and kettlebell clean.
